169 Point Inspection

Each vehicle must pass a thorough 169 point-by-point inspection by Ford factory trained technicians. Only the vehicles that pass can become Ford Certified Pre-Owned vehicles. If a vehicle does’t meet our strict criteria, we won’t certify it. To ensure the highest standard of quality is met, only new, Genuine Ford, Motorcraft, or Ford authorized replacement parts are used during this reconditioning. Powertrain Warranty

For every Ford Certified Pr-Owned vehicle includes 6 year/ 100,000 mile Powertrain limited warranty coverage, backed by Ford Motor Company. The Powertrain Warranty covers the engine, transmission, plus more! Our manufacturer backed limited warranty is fully transferable to future owners at no cost, a resale benefit that can transferred from owner to owner.

Comprehensive Warranty

The Ford Certified Pre-Owned Comprehensive Limited Warranty covers more than 500 components, including many high-tech parts. The warranty provides coverage for three months or 3,000 miles from the Certified Pre-Owned vehicle purchase date, which ever comes first! You can choose to extend your comprehensive limited warranty past three months by purchasing a Ford Extended Service Plan. The following areas are covered under the warranty:

We provides complimentary Ford Motor Company’s 24- hour Roadside Assistance program. Roadside assistance is provided for the duration of our Powertrain Limited Warranty coverage, which automatically covered for 6 years or 100,000 miles from the original in service date. Our program even covers you for things that aren’t the cars fault, such as:

- Mount your spare if you have a flat tire
- Jump start for dead batteries
- Unlock your vehicle if you are locked out (does't include the cost of making spare keys) - Bring you fuel if you run out, up to two gallons of gasoline or five gallons of diesel fuel at no charge
- Assistance of up to $100 to tow your disabled vehicle to the nearest Ford Motor Company franchise dealer
- Notify the police for you if you need assistance.

Other Program Benefits

If you have trouble far from home, Ford CPO also has additional benefits which include:

-Travel expense reimbursement, worth up to $500, for up to three days of lodging, meals and rental vehicle if breakdowns occurs more than 100 mile from home.
-Destination expense assistance of up to $75 to cover the emergency cost of a taxi, shuttle or rental car to get you to your destination.
-Rental car reimbursement of up to $30 per day for up to five days if your vehicle requires overnight mechanical.
